MYO FXT | Sakura Sea Breeze | INFO UPDATED!

I spend so much TIME on this it's almost not funny XD But this guy!! This guy means so very much to me!
He's based a lot on an old character of mine (from my childhood lmao) that I was very connected with, but sadly couldn't use in any newer concept (simply because I am picky and I needed a world he'd fit into) TBH when I began sketching I wasn't sure I'd be able to transfer his humanish appearance into a functioning FXT look-alike, but I am so very pleased with the result! Maybe someday you'll get to see his human version ;]

Occupation: 
Shayden does not really have a permanent job per se. Aside from being a part of the village community (although only in the means that he lives there, on the outskirts albeit, alone) he does more odd jobs here an there than dapper in any steady occupation.

General overwiew:
Usually other fawxingtons are a bit vary of him, not that Shayden is not often just all smiles and friendly greetings, he does have problems establishing close relations with anyone. He is hard to get and does have a bit of a history of brawling and fighting for no particular reason other than his own curiosity of wanting to see what happens. He likes to test his own limits, push himself and it just so happens than more often than not innocent bystanders get involved in one of his crazy outbursts. It has made Shayden pull more and more away from the populated areas, resigning himself to a cabin-like (self-built) home further up hills and just on the skirts of the forest. He likes it there, there's more freedom and he doesn't have to worry about anyone getting hurt because of him. It happened a lot when he was younger that, although he is not aggresive, people that shouldn't be got excessively harmed because of him. Taking precaution by moving into solitude helped the situation a lot, though it does mean he is naturally more alienated now.

Personality:
The Fighter 
- If he is challenged to a fight he does not back down. Shayden is a brawler by heart and he absolutely loves the thrill of overcoming a stronger opponent.
The Artist
- Like most Fawxingtons also Shayden has a love for art, he especially indulge in raw coal sketches and can be found spending late nights under the candlelight just sketching endlessly.
The Emphatic
- Shayden do care about others. If he gets involved with them deeply so. He had much deeper relations with others when he was younger and the respect others have earned from him is kept. The one he gets the least is himself and despite how it might be a harmful way of thinking, Shayden is convinced people are much better off without too much of him in their lives. It can sarbotage bonds being established as he reach a point where knowing someone makes him believe he has to back away to secure their happiness.
The Possesive
- Having a possesive streak contradicting with his pure intentions towards the people he like, this too is a big part of why Shayden prefers solitude. He does wish to have someone special in his life, being envious (only on the inside) of the happy couples he sees around. He is convinced though that no one would be able to handle this side of him. The side that never wants to let go and claim the other deep down into the depth of their soul.
The Loner
- There is a few Shayden respects and would never cross the lines with, though as he tends to end relations before it can evolve he is not sure the feelings he harbor are mutual. Outwardly he never shows his weakness, he smiles and happily indulge small talk. He his always painfully aware of the mixed signals he sends, his behavior and ideals not often cooperating.

Relations:
Iaso

Until Shayden met Iaso it hadn't been all too hard keeping others at arms lenght, yet somehow the kindhearted, unselfish doctor has crawled beneath his skin and awakened that need for company he thought he'd since long squelched. What Shayden admires the most about Iaso is how he is simply just himself, no matter the consequenses he has no reason to never not be true to who he is.
Jason

In all honesty Shayden is not a big fan of Jason. Iaso adores him as they are very close friends since childhood and albeit how Shayden knows this, the possessive streak in him that absolutely does not want to share (Iaso the least of all) cannot fully accept Jason. It's still a long bumby road ahead of those two xD

Shaydens name:
I have to start this explanation by mentioning I spit out my coffee when I searched the origin (and if there really were one) As mentioned priorly I have based this FXT on an old character of mine, it's around 7 years now since he first popped into my head. His name came to me immediatedly, I knew I wanted something along the lines of Shadow, but not as obvious, so I played around with the word Shade. I have always loved the letter Y, (don't ask I don't know lol), but using it gave me the emphathis I wanted. Thus Shayden the name came to be.
Now 7 years later, Thalliumfire hosts a MYO contest and I knew I wanted to revive Shayden somehow. The lovely M0rning-Coffee approaches me with ideas for shipping and of course I am on board! For her own MYO FXT character she's created this beautiful and organised description, giving me permission to use it as a template for my own; so as I sit down reading through the categories I pause at the name (coffee has the meaning of her characters name explained) and I thought, hmm, what would it hurt looking up Shayden?
I never expected it, in fact I am still laughing and a bit freaked out (ofc I contacted coffee immediatedly too lol!) but his name fits his already established personality like a glove! I mean what are the ODDS!? -- And it's even of Greek decent! (Coffees Iaso's name is too)
So I decided to put it here, if just for my own future hilarity hahah!
SHAYDEN
A name of a boy, usually of Greek decent. A common nickname is Shay. He will most likely be hilarious, abnormally attractive, artistic, and although he may think he's an asshole; he will have the biggest heart. Shayden's are probably the most trustworthy people, and you can tell them anything. If involved in a fight, they will not harm or hurt the other person to prevent starting unnecessary drama. They usually have a hard time concentrating yet they specialize in common sense.
Shayden's will do anything for the people that they love, and they will help anyone who's not an annoying douche. Once you know a Shayden, your life will only get better from here on out. They also commonly use pet names. Did I mention that they're super hot?
